Ward BLITZ, 5 New Investigators and Tulip Time

April 24: We were talking to someone and he was showing us his garden and talking about how beautiful it is! Hmong people are great gardeners.

April 25: Today we went on a ward BLITZ. Members of the Ward all came together for a meeting to talk about less active members of the Ward but instead of talking about them, we split up into groups of two and visited all of them! Way cool!

April 26: Today we were able to meet two new investigators so that was fun!

April 27: So today we met a woman who used to be a practicing Shamen. A year ago, she converted to Christianity. She converted her Shamen alter into basically a Jesus alter. Kind of crazy hahaha.

April 28: Today we were able to meet with our investigators Susan and Ntsum (Translated to sound similar to 'You'). They are two super awesome investigators who are so fun to visit. Ntsum showed me a Hmong tie she began to sew for me! Way cool! It isn’t done yet so I don’t have any pictures but it looks really cool!

April 29: Today we helped some members move. It was way fun to help out. We were also able to hit our weekly goal of 5 new investigators!

April 30: Church was way fun today! A lot of our investigators had schedule conflicts that prevented them from being able to come but we still had one come! So that was good! Also, we were able to attend the Baptism of two investigators for the other two Elders in our ward. It was way fun!

It was a good week!

Picture two: Looking in a member’s house and saw a pretty cool picture. It was them at Tulip Time! Apparently, they want last year! Crazy! The picture was from 1995 though!
